The legal basis of the processing of your data for the administrative management of the membership request is the execution of an agreement of which you are a party or the execution of precontractual measures adopted on your request. The provision of required information is necessary to the fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations, hence the refusal to provide them will result in the underwriting party’s impossibility to execute said agreement. The legal basis of the processing of your data for the sending of informative and promotional materials and for the communication of your contact details to other Wine Club members is the consent that you give. Providing personal data is optional. Should you give your consent, remember that you may exercise your right to withdraw itat any time and with the same ease with which you previously gave it. The personal data you provide will be processed by official staff who have been appropriately trained and operate under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller. The personal data may also be processed by third parties providing instrumental services, including communication services, email, mail handling and other suppliers of services pertaining to the afore-stated purposes.
